Our clip is an analysis of the level of standardization at the object and city scale of the bicycle. We investigated the relationship of the bike to the humam body and the separate components using patented drawings of standardized bike components. Consecutively, we analyzed the level of standardization of biking at the city level through an analysis of the standardized signage and spacing in relation to the random and unplanned occurences in the city biking experience.
